By accessing or using CashVector (the "Service"), a product operated by Total Order Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
CashVector provides AI-assisted cash flow forecasting and financial intelligence for Shopify merchants.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The Service is a software tool intended for informational and planning purposes only. Total Order Systems LLC is not a financial advisor, CPA, broker, or fiduciary. The forecasts, metrics, and insights generated by the Service do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Predictive models are inherently subject to variance, and you are solely responsible for any business, financial, or operational decisions made based on the data provided by the Service.
The Service integrates directly with your Shopify store. By installing the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store your store's data (including orders, payouts, and products) solely to provide the Service, as defined in our Privacy Policy. You maintain total ownership of your underlying store data.
Fees for the Service are billed directly through the Shopify App Store billing system. All charges, recurring payments, and billing cycles are governed exclusively by Shopify's billing terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify admin dashboard. Refund requests must be processed in accordance with standard Shopify App Store policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Order Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any errors, inaccuracies, or variances in the AI-generated forecasts or financial models.
Service Availability: CashVector operates as a predictive modeling tool dependent on third-party APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service, nor can we guarantee that any generated forecast will be entirely free from errors caused by external API rate limits or Shopify sync delays.
