By accessing or using Cash Vector (the "Service"), a product operated by Total Order Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Cash Vector provides AI-assisted cash flow forecasting and financial intelligence for Shopify merchants.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The Service is a software tool intended for informational and planning purposes only. Total Order Systems LLC is not a financial advisor, CPA, or fiduciary. The forecasts, metrics, and insights generated by the Service do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any business, financial, or operational decisions made based on the data provided by the Service.
The Service integrates directly with your Shopify store. By installing the Service, you grant us permission to access, process, and store your store's data (including orders, payouts, and products) as defined in our Privacy Policy. You maintain ownership of your underlying store data.
Fees for the Service are billed directly through the Shopify App Store billing system. All charges are governed by Shopify's billing terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify admin dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total Order Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any errors or inaccuracies in the AI-generated forecasts or financial models.
